	Ski Lessons for the 2011 - 2012 Season Sheduled clinics are offered by head coach Tory Hudson December 17,18,30,30st, January 28,29, February 4,5 and March 3,4. Scroll Down for more Details On Demand Lessons All level of skate and classic ski lessons as outlined below are offered on a demand-basis taught by CANSI certified cross-country ski instructor Sanne van der Ros. To find others who may want to join your group for a lesson, connect via our club's Facebook page, 'Golden Nordic Club'. PRICES: Private lesson: $45 for 1 hour lesson 2 people: $35 per person for 1.5 hour lesson 3 people: $30 per person for 1.5 hour lesson 4 people: $25 per person for 1.5 hour lesson 5 or 6 people: $20 per person for 1.5 hour lesson LOCATION: Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre - meet at the daylodge. EQUIPMENT: Equipment is not included. Please bring skis, poles, and boots. TIME: Flexible hours and dates. Please call Sanne van der Ros at 250.439.1803 or email her to make arrangements. Details: You will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival for your lesson. Please pay with cash directly to the instructor Please arrive early to wax your skis and get ready so we can start promptly at the arranged time. Book your lesson at least 2 days in advance to increase your chances in finding an agreeable time/date for your private or group lesson. All lessons are taught by a CANSI certified coach: Sanne van der Ros or Troy Hudson You are responsible for paying the trail fee of $10/day. If you are a current Golden Nordic Ski Club member, the trail fees are included in your membership. Six participants per lesson is the maximum we will accommodate. We can offer a follow-up lesson for 10% off prices listed above as long as the second lesson takes place within two weeks. 	Waxing Clinic (free) If you would like to make your classic stride more effective and want to learn how to make your skis faster then check this out! You will learn about the basic design of cross-country skies, mark your wax pocket, and find out the difference between the different waxes for propulsion and glide for different snow conditions.
