Dawn Mountain TrailsThe scenic Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre trails offer 33 kilometers of world-class cross-country skiing trackset for both classic and skate skiing, groomed by our Bombardier 400 Snow Cat. Skiers can chose from trail loops that include flats and some rolling hills or pick to ski challenging uphills and exciting downhills. You'll find that the trails flow well even if you're skiing at high speeds. This is a wilderness area and it is not uncommon to see wildlife tracks along the trails. |

Golden Golf Course TrailsWith their close proximity to the town of Golden, the Golden Golf Course trails (6 km) are popular for those who want to get out for a quick ski and enjoy reasonably flat skiing conditions. The trails are groomed for classic skiing after snowfalls. Please stay on the groomed trails because the friendly folks at the golf course need to protect the greens. |
